Fixing a rack shelf

As soon as he arrived at the place, he knew that there had been an accident. The server room was in a unimaginable mess. The rack shelf had collapsed and all of the equipment that had been situated on it was scattered on the floor. There were cables, wires, plugs, connections, broken parts and things like that everywhere. Some of the computers were broken, and others lacked some important elements. Ben looked at that horrible mess and wondered what happened. But nobody really knew. He asked Mary, but she just explained that she had been working on her project in the office the day before when she suddenly heard that sound. Then they all ran to the server room and this is what they saw. Well, the problem with the rack shelf must have been caused by either some week points in the shelf itself or the fact that the equipment was too heavy. They had thrown away the instructions of use so they could not really analyse the situation, but Ben believed that burdening the shelf had been definitely the case. Now he had to fix it. Somebody else would take care of the equipment, order some new parts, fix the broken devices. But he had to assemble the rack shelf or otherwise they would not have enough space for the computers.
